- Teens cannot register themselves.
- Parents cannot register Teens unless the parent is an active member of TLOD, Inc.
- This portal is for TTA registration only. Ladies cannot register here.

Chapter Checks for Teen Registration must be received by February 15, 2026.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the Conference has concluded, less the $100 cancellation fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than February 15, 2026, 11:00 PM CST and emailed to the Registration Chairman, Lady Cheryl Ivy, at tlodarea3fs@gmail.com. Please include the following information in your request: name, chapter, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. No refunds will be issued after February 15, 2026.
