Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the Area IV Conference registration fee. Please email Lady Dorothy Buckhanan Wilson, National Area IV Director for cancellation approval at areaivdirector@gmail.com no later than 12 midnight January 20, 2026.
Refunds will not be given for any registration canceled after January 20, 2026.
