Registration Tips
- Ladies cannot register other Ladies.
- Ladies can register a Lord. Select your registration type first, then add your Lord as a guest.
- After you complete your registration and receive your confirmation, you will have the option to process your payment. Payment must be processed within 30 minutes.
- Hotel details and Registration Link will be in the registration confirmation email.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks are not accepted.
Advance payment by credit card is required for all adult registrations.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the Conference has concluded, less the $100 cancellation fee.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than February 15, 2026, 11:00 PM CST and emailed to the Registration Chairman, Lady Cheryl Ivy, at tlodarea3fs@gmail.com.
Please include the following information in your request: name, chapter, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
No refunds will be issued after February 15, 2026.
