This is the Vendors and Chaperones Registration Portal
Here are a few tips to assist you with registration
- Active Top Ladies, Teens and Lords should NOT register using this portal
- The registration portal is for vendors and non-member chaperones who will be assisting with the Teens.
- Payments are by credit card only.
- Non-member chaperones must pass a background check in addition to registering as a chaperone. Please click here for the background check form.
- You can only pay by credit card. You have 30 minutes to pay after you complete your registration. Your registration will cancel automatically if payment is not completed.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and postmarked or emailed by March 31, 2018.
A nonrefundable $25.00 fee will apply to all refunds.
