Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the Area IV Conference registration fee.

Please email Lady Crystal C. Pittman, National Area IV Director for cancellation approval at cpdehci@gmail.com no later than 12 midnight January 31, 2019.

Refunds will not be given for any registration canceled after January 31, 2019.
