Registration Guidelines
- This registration portal is for vendors only.
- Each vendor must complete their own registration using the business name and contact details that will appear on signage, programs, and receipts.
- Please review booth specifications, fees, setup times, and conference policies in the event description prior to submitting payment.

For questions regarding vendor setup, booth assignments, payments, or conference logistics, please contact the designated Vendor Coordinator listed on the conference page.
Vendor Contract & Required Submission
All vendors are required to review and agree to the official
TLOD Area I Vendor Contract prior to registration confirmation.
Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling TLOD garment bags, crossbody bags, luggage covers, or any items bearing the Area I logo unless expressly authorized in writing.
Required Action: Vendors must download, print, sign, and upload the completed contract before finalizing registration.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
All major payment methods are accepted, including money orders, cashier’s checks, and credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
The final date to cancel registration is March 15, 2026. Cancellations will result in a fee equal to 50% of the registration amount.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to the National Area I Director, Lady Rhonda Harris, for approval at areaonedirector16@hotmail.com.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 15, 2026.
