Payment must be made by credit card or chapter check (personal checks are not accepted). The final day to submit payment is February 15, 2026.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM
Cancellation Policy:
The final day to cancel registration is February 15, 2026. A $15 processing fee will apply to all cancellations received through March 1, 2026. No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2026. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by February 15, 2026, via email or mail, to the Area V Financial Secretary: Lady Gina Harp-King P.O. Box 43154 Cleveland, OH 44143-9998 Refunds, less the applicable processing fee, will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation request.
