Greetings & Welcome to the Parliamen-Top 2019 Registration Site


You are called from the North and the South, the East and the West – from all six areas of our ladyhood to gather for the last Parliamen-Top of this decade of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. to be held September 26 – 28, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas. New horizons, new beginnings, new challenges and new DIRECTIVES beckon, as we move forward. Come and join us for the “Transforming” Administration Assembly. The best is yet to come!

Together we will explore the theme, “TLOD: Transforming Lives, One Teen, One Lady, and One Community at a time”. We are challenged to build upon our many accomplishments as an organization over the last 55 years! During the National President’s Inaugural Red Carpet Affair, we will pay tribute to and honor “The Top Lady, The Legend, The Legacy”, (Ladies who are legends in their own right). “Youth and adults” will learn and strengthen relationships as we strategize, plan and make decisions together. We will be guided by distinguished, experienced leaders and new generations of leadership during a roundtable discussion on “Unlocking the Wisdom and Passion of all Generations”.  READ MORE

Transportation
Love Field (DAL)
Cab from DAL to Hotel: $20-$25
Go Shuttle shuttles are for $16 and are located on the front drive. Sedan, SUV and cab service also available. Make a reservation!

Dallas Forth Worth International (DFW)
Cab from DFW to Hotel: $40-$50 
Go Shuttle shuttles are for $16 and are located on the front drive. Sedan, SUV and cab service also available. Make a reservation!

The DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) orange line leaves from the airport and goes to the West End station, and guests can take either the red or blue line to get to Union Station (attached to the hotel via underground concourse). For transportation to DFW Airport from the hotel, guests can take either the red or blue DART lines from Union Station to the West End station and switch to the orange line to take to the airport.


Mobile Event App
